The Initial Steps

1. You meet with Olivieri Real Estate LLC to do a visual property inspection of Landscaping, Paving, Exterior & Interior Building Finishes.

2. Olivieri Real Estate LLC reviews financial information and presents:
   • Report of ways to make improvements
   • Contract with a proposed budget and terms of management, monthly fees and included management services

3. You confirm the terms of the agreement and sign it, and meet to Olivieri Real Estate LLC to transfer keys.
