Maintenance

We offer maintenance to our management customers. This covers any work not covered under
the monthly management services. Once a maintenance contract is signed, here’s how it works:

  1. Submit a work order through the Main Portal LOGIN, login and click on SERVICE REQUEST.
    In an emergency, call 708-719-3444.

  2. Olivieri Real Estate LLC will coordinate service to your property with our network of
    preferred and vetted providers, and send you a bill for services, due upon receipt.

  3. The problem will be resolved promptly and professionally, and at a fair price.
    You only have to make one phone call for any of the types of services listed below.

Examples of maintenance services:

-On demand repair services for floods, accidents, and tenant damage
-Interior improvements such as renovations or repairs not addressed with management and upkeep services
-Interior cleaning of spaces and windows
-Interior or exterior window broken glass repair
-Carpet cleaning
-Additional interior door keys
-Re-keying of doors
-Indoor signage
-Suite reconditioning between tenant change-out
-Thermostat battery changes
-Interior suite plumbing
-Coordination of utilities
-Restoration from lessee abuse or misuse
-Pest control - rodents or insects
-Interior light bulbs and lamps
-Fire extinguisher maintenance
-HVAC maintenance
